How does the mailman get in my building?
I live in an apartment building with about 6 units, and a gate in the front of the house; a pretty common scenario. How does the mailman get in? Do they have some sort of skeleton key, or do they have a key for every place they need to unlock?

The mailman is given a set of keys to all the complexes on his/her route.
Is it me or does it seem that these guys bring BOXES of junk mail to complexes.
