go and see the head of the marketing department. hav a chat wif him abt yur idea. if it’s really great and so much to talk about, do it over a cup of coffee with him. if he says that it’s great, start wif yur proposals… the rest, depending on what he have to say too…

Make a Powerpoint out of it, with following
a) The idea
b) The target segment – Define qualitatively as well as sharply (Size of market- with secondary data).
c) Why it will work – any research / data that would support
d) Opportunity size -volumes/ value
e) Defined aspirations – Market share targeted.
f) Revenue / Cost projections – viability.
g) Way forward- whats the immediate step to be taken. Call for action.
