What’s the difference between residential and business addresses?

What’s the difference between residential and business addresses?

I’m placing an online order and they offer 2 kinds of delivery: residential and business address delivery. The business address is 2 times cheaper. I have a friend he owns a business, if I order it on my friend’s business address will it count like a business address?

Yes, if your friend doesn’t mind and it’s a commercial property and not a residential one.

yes, but then you will have the expense and time to drive to your friends business to pick up the package – are you really saving that much money?

never heard of different charges for bus vs resid delivery – what kind of product and what kind of shipping service are they using? – must be something huge coming by delivery truck – post office, UPS and FEDEX don’t charge different rates to ship to a business

May be there is some additional discount for business owners because some times product delivery companies want to gather information of some business owners of industries which could be their big customers in future. So i think they are offering 2 times cheaper rates on all orders which will be shipped to business addresses rather that residential address.

Now coming to your question. If there is such an offer on online order placement so that you are getting 2 times cheaper deals then you can ask your friend that he/she place the order on their own behalf at their business address and when the product gets delivered then you can pay the charges to your friend as well. In this way you will get the benefit of discounted rates and avail the product services.

Right now it appears like WordPress is the preferred blogging platform available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
