How does an ordinary citizen find out what businesses are coming to a city?
It took years for the Olive Garden to sprout up after the rumors started. Now I am wondering if our Target will upgrade to a SuperTarget. There is also a lot of traffic in and out of the mall.

It does seem like it takes forever for a store to arrive after it is brought before the city council. In our town it seems like the mayor knows what is going on, you might want to ask him. Most citys have their council meetings open to the public, you might want to call someone on the council and ask them if you could attend a meeting.
