How we can find a small business subsidies for our very young company?
Me, and my partner heard from somewhere that we can apply for free financial subsidies who help to newly established small business. We checked in Google, but the information over there is so randomized. We are a new Employment Agency, based in Brooklyn NY and we just opened our office.
We guess that the help may be Government or Private (financial subsidies/sponsorship) and that’s why we was wondering how we can find the right person or source?

Have you checked your local Small Business Administration office? The SBA is in pretty much every major city and are a wealth of information, most of it free. They have resources to help you learn more about and find grants and loans.
Also, they usually have classes that are free to help you learn how to run your business to its best potential. I visited my local SBA office when I started my business and found their resources and help to be extremely valuable.

There are no grants for a for profit business unless you are opening a daycare. If you need money, you will need to apply for a loan. No lender will talk to you unless you provide them with a valid business plan. Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for sample business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan.
Then, go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor to review your business plan and discuss various loan options available to you.
