I subcontract drycleaning work to a local cleaners. Can he hold my customers clothers and demand full payment?
We have no written contract payment arrangement. I do owe him for work that has been done. Know he wants the entire balance up front and is holding my customers clothes until he receive the amount. I have always made some form of payments because my customers use credit cards and monthly billing. What can I do it anything.

I only had to read the first sentence “We have no written contract”- Give him the money you owe him, until you do, he has no obligation to give him your customer’s clothing, under the eyes of the law, those clothes are YOURS and you owe him money.
Looks like you’d have to really sweet talk him into setting up a deal, I’m guessing that you’re not very reliable with payments. You might want to find a new dry cleaner.
