What are you expecting from your dream hotel?
I have a nice piece of land at the coast of the atlantic ocean in Cameroon. I am intending to build a hotel ( 3 or 4 star) and create a beach at the side. What would you expect from a hotel and how will you arrange these as to priority; Location, Food & Drinks, Security, Room quality, customer service, Facilities, Price, Architectural design. You can add more or given short reason to back up you opinion.

Well at my dream hotel I would want it near the beach, clean, with friendly people, and fairly large rooms with affordable prices, really pretty, etc.

Location
Customer Service
Room Quality
Security
