What is the best way to go about obtaining a job in hospitals for janitorial/floor care duties?
I have sent resumes to H.R departments and have no reply. I do have background in janitorial as well as managing. Looking for the best way to get in front of this selected group.

You should first contact the hospitals and see if they are looking for someone to fill the position, if they are ask where to send the resume and go for it. If they aren’t hiring at the moment you might want to work at a college or school until your job opens up
