   You set up your payroll by getting a commercial bank account with your business name and address, then you hire a bookkeeper to figure out the hours worked and amounts to be paid to the government for taxes, for each employee. (you’ll need an IEN)

   There are dozens of laws governing employee compensation. If you don’t want to run afoul of various government agencies, you have to be well organized and stay up-to-date.
