You would probably have the best luck by just going to a construction site and applying in person on the spot. There are probably a few really big framers around with HR departments and all that, but the vast majority – especially in Denver – are going to be very small (let’s say fewer than 15 employees). They don’t have administrative staffs; so just go up and ask for the boss.
