I’m working on starting my online business website, but I need to hire a software engineer from outside. how can I make sure that he wont steal the program’s idea for his own?

Make a contract that says he cant and only you have the right of the Ideas and Website. Let him sign it before you hire him!

I am currently building my own website, soon to be laucnhed. Every person I have spoke with regarding the project has signed a Non Disclosure Agreement. NDA. Available online or from legal sources.

Can I simply say what a relief to find somebody who actually knows what theyre speaking about on the internet. You definitely know tips on how to convey an issue to light and make it important.
